Shipping and returns

RETURN POLICY

All our products are covered by a full 14 day right of return, to any materially defective or damaged Product. Any returned product must be unused and unaltered.

Returning product will be free of charge. When returning a damaged product, please let us know if you want your money back or if you want us to send you a corresponding product as a replacement. If you choose to have your money back, please let us know your bank account number. (IBAN and BIC)

Returns cannot apply to the colors and printed details, as our website images cannot 100% accurately represent colors of a Product. Also returns cannot apply to any of the customer uploaded graphics print quality.

DELIVERIES

All of our garments are made “on-demand”. The final time of delivery depends on the destination of the consignment and delivery type chosen.

Delivery costs and terms:

Standard delivery: up to 25 working days of the order placement

• within Europe – starting from 10 Eur, for smaller packages, up to 30 Eur for 20+ pcs orders.
• outside Europe – starting from 15 Eur, for smaller packages, up to 40 Eur for 20+ pcs orders.
